1. Integrated with rpsBlast,
which is a fast domain-searching program from NCBI. Now InterDom is
able to find domains from protein sequence.
2. Regenerated the database for InterDom 1.1, covering broader range
of data now:
a. More PDB complex
information - using the whole download PDB data. (Dec, 2002)
b. More DIP
interactions - 2002 version DIP replaces the 2000 version
c. More Gene Fusion data generated from Swissprot version 40 and Trembl
version 40.
Current putative pairs of d-d interaction is 15058
